Help with the tools your team relies on.

Get in touch about your account or daily workflow, and find guidance for keeping shelter operations moving during an interruption.

Email support

Email support@sheltercurrent.com for customer help. The standard plan does not promise a guaranteed response time, contractual uptime SLA, or 24/7 telephone support.

Keep a plan for interruptions

Each facility should define an approved offline process for intake, placement, census, and handoff. If service is unavailable, use that process and reconcile the authorized record after service returns.

Keep the records your facility needs

Use reporting exports to keep copies of the information your facility needs. Administrators should export information needed for local continuity and recordkeeping on an appropriate schedule. Printed or exported material must be protected under the organization’s own policies.

Service recovery

ShelterCurrent maintains managed backup and recovery procedures for the production service. Customers remain responsible for the offline continuity process they approve for an active shift.

Send only what support needs

Do not include shelter-client information, credentials, authentication codes, payment-card details, PHI, Part 2 records, victim-service records, dedicated-youth records, clinical records, or other prohibited regulated information. Describe the screen, time, and problem in general terms.
